1. Shipping & Dispatch
All orders are packaged and dispatched directly from our village facilities in Nayagaon, Madhya Pradesh.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Standard delivery across India generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because we deal in raw, unfiltered botanical liquids and bio-stimulants, we maintain strict purity standards. To prevent contamination, we do not accept returns on opened or used bottles. * If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open the seal. Contact us immediately for a swift replacement.
3. Damaged Items (Transit Protection)
Your plants deserve the best, and so do you. If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking due to transit issues:
Please email or WhatsApp us a clear photo of the damaged package and bottle within 48 hours of delivery.
We will immediately dispatch a free replacement batch to you at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g., for an order cancelled before dispatch or an out-of-stock scenario), the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay/UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
